Wendy and Eric have been with Beyond since 2002, when the organization was called Mission to Unreached Peoples. They spent their first 6 years serving in China, and then served in the US offices from 2008-2019. Beginning in 2020, they are back in the field working among the Muslim Unreached People Groups of SE Asia.
In this region, Beyond works to catalyze Disciple Making Movements (DMM) which rapidly advance Gospel Communities within their people group. In this context, Eric and Wendy focus not just on planting churches, or making disciples, but on making disciples which reproduce rapidly and form reproducing churches.
Beyond is part of the 24:14 initiative which is a network of movement leaders, churches, mission agencies, and individuals that are collaborating together to place DMM-equipped teams within every remaining people group by the year 2025. Each of these teams will work toward starting movements of disciple making and church planting within their unreached people group
